I love that roof with some of the tiles not lying flat.
Really makes that roof three dimensional.

Good Morning All,

I worked a little bit more last night 
I made the Facia's out of 1mm x 2mm L shaped paper.
I first tried to paint it green, but the paint flattened the paper and made it unusable. Then my wife told my why not use a Sharpie.
Awesome idea and it worked really well.

Next will be the gutters, but will first have to buy some C or U shaped styrene from the EverGreen product range.

Good Morning All,

I spent some good time in the hobby room this weekend 
I finished the flat roof also, black sand paper I painted grey.
Then I finished all the fascias.
Once everything was dried I decided it is time to fit the deck. So on it went.
I left that overnight to dry properly.
Then I started with the bracing between the building and the deck. I first tried to cut strips from wood, but it did not work and then I still have to paint them white.
So I ended up using stripstyrine from the Ever Green range. Works very easy and looks good. I just gave them a light sand to get rid of the glossy finish.

Nice progress, and I'm really excited at the way the model is turning out.

Good Morning All.....

Next Challenge..... the brickwork under the SawMill

The center section consist out of some walls and the rest is open with pillars. This was also where they store the wood to dry.

Pic one is the actual building with the brickwork close-up. I still have to paint everything, but will do that once all the parts have been made.
I'm using plastic brick sheets and cut, sand and glue to make the parts.

Took me the whole evening just to make those two.

Very small update.
So I managed to do some more brickwork.....
Think once it is painted finished off and glued in place it will look awesome !!!!!

Worked a little more on the Mill this weekend 
Got the Brickwork finished as well as the built of the ramp (logs gets pulled in from the water) and the delivery side (planks and waste go on to train and or truck)

Good Morning All,

So, I decided to take on the rain and get the voting out the way early in the morning.
So the rest of the day was mine....

I was playing very nicely again.
Finished the arches above the brick pillars.
I also finished all the bracings for the deck.

Last two pictures, I was just playing around...... Can't wait for it to be finished. Will look awesome !!!!! 

Next is the handrail for the deck.
