Sierra West scale models - O neills

Hi guys

Been some time since Ive had anything to post, but my new kit was paid for today and should have it in the next month or so.

Its an o scale structure from Sierra West scale models. Cant wait to get my hands on it and start building.

I hope to do a full build log when it arrives. Looking forward to having you guys join me for the ride.

Well its been a year, but the kits are eventually here.

Rand dollar has made this a pretty expensive purchase, but its all good that they are here now.

The 2 boxes are below. Will unpack them tonight and let you see whats inside.

Moving to the new house from tomorrow, so this will be on the back burner till my new work bench is set up.

Hi gents

Well life got in the way and all model building ceased. Got the old mojo back last week and started on this build.

The first 2 structures are starting to take shape. Each individual plank is grained and knot holes splits etc are then added. I then stain each plank with chalks and alcohol.

Still a very long way to go, but its great to be building again.
